At Smart Nest UK, we offer fast and reliable UK delivery on all orders. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, and express next-day delivery is available on most items when ordered before 2pm. We use trusted courier services to ensure your smart home products arrive safely and on time.
All orders over £50 qualify for FREE standard UK delivery. International shipping is available to selected countries. Please note that for large or fragile electronics, special packaging is used to ensure safe delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Smart Nest UK purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Defective products are covered by our manufacturer warranty and will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Please note that software and digital downloads cannot be returned once activated.
