2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We accept major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Once an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to amend it — please contact us immediately at support@smartnest-uk.com if you need to make changes.
3. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
SmartNest UK ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. 4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. To request a return, email support@smartnest-uk.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note: items must be returned in original condition. We do not accept returns on opened electronics unless faulty.
